About Nova Southeastern University Dental Clinic

Nova Southeastern University Dental Clinic is one of the dentists listed in Davie, Florida. The business is registered at 3103 SW 76th Ave, Davie, FL 33314; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

In Davie, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Florida, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8:30 am–5:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (954) 262-7500. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, nsuhealth.nova.edu.

Its Google rating stands at 3.3 out of 5 from 75 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Davie is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Davie follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Its a.good option if you dont have dental coverage, but you need to be extremely patient takes for ever even if the procedure is simple. Now its getting even worse because they dont validate the parking ticket until you go with the assigned student who needs to provide documentsrion of the appointment and a futures scheduled appointment. Looks like they do not care about the patient only the money..

No words! Dr. Gains exceeded my expectations. Not only is she a very knowledgeable physician and educator, but also a compassionate soul who treated my teenage daughter with the upmost care and respect. Nova, you are one lucky clinic!!!! Thank you Dr. Gains.

So far I have terrible impression of the dental clinic at Nova Southeastern. I've called four times, left a message, left a message at someone at the main line to have someone email me instead of calling me back since I too am in and out of meetings. I got a call back and return the call and nobody answers the phone. Actually, the phone system puts you on hold for a minute's at a time before it tells you no one's here to take your call. This is a total waste of time and it doesn't make me feel like I want to take my child to this venue. Really really unimpressed, as I was with the one doctor I met in the cranial facial clinic. If something improves, I will absolutely revise my review and rating, but as it stands right now, I think you're better off going to a private practice with a really well-trained and knowledgeable dentist. You don't need these people to learn on your child and waste your time.

Was quickly seen at the urgent care clinic and my treatments options were thoroughly explained to me. Two dental students made sure to accompany me to the OR as I was nervous. They stayed by my side the entire time and were absolutely amazing. The oral surgeon removed my tooth painlessly in less than an hour. The entire staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Additionally, the dental care was substantially cheaper than anywhere else.

Stay away! Took months to wait for an appointment, then took months to get an appointment because they didn't actually book me. I wasted so much time just waiting. Finally after 4 months of waiting for an appointment, I was then seen and made to feel like a guinea pig. I spent sooo much money and went through NUMEROUS exams and imaging and all types of cleaning before they even addressed any issues. After months of exams, the student Michele went to do a small filling HER FIRST ONE and completely BOTCHED my tooth. I never had issues in that tooth and now couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. Saw her 3 times to refill the SAME TOOTH and there was no solution. No one knew how to fix the issue. They put me with another student Jenny Kim and she didn't even know how to use the machines. Months later, no result, still in pain, and spent a ton of money. The staff don't care about helping customers. All they care about is scheduling their "needed appointments". STAY AWAY. You will end up paying more then going to an actual dentist instead of this terrible school!
